* A FRONTAL BOUNDARY NEAR THE REGION WILL AID IN BRINGING MULTIPLE
  ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING. GIVEN THAT SOME
  AREAS HAVE ALREADY SEEN IN EXCESS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL
  ON THURSDAY EVENING...THERE WILL BE AN ENHANCED FLASH FLOOD
  THREAT ACROSS EASTERN KENTUCKY THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
