* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY...
  SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY AND SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY...INCLUDING THE
  FOLLOWING AREAS...IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY...BATH...ELLIOTT...
  ESTILL...FLEMING...MENIFEE...MONTGOMERY...POWELL AND ROWAN. IN
  SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY...LAUREL...MCCREARY...PULASKI...
  ROCKCASTLE...WAYNE AND WHITLEY. IN SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY...CLAY...
  JACKSON...KNOX...LEE...MORGAN...OWSLEY AND WOLFE.

* THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

* AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL PULL ABUNDANT MOISTURE NORTHWARD
  OVER PARTS OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN KENTUCKY OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS
  RESULTING IN PERIODS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH LOCALLY
  HEAVY RAINFALL LIKELY. IN THE WATCH AREA...RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO
  2 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS UP TO 4 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE.
  PERIODS OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL MAY LEAD TO ISOLATED FLASH FLOODING
  OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS AND POOR DRAINING URBAN AREAS.

PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
