  NORTHEAST KENTUCKY...JOHNSON AND MARTIN. IN SOUTH CENTRAL

* A FRONTAL BOUNDARY NEAR THE REGION WILL AID IN BRINGING MULTIPLE
  ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH TONIGHT. GIVEN THAT SOME AREAS
  HAVE ALREADY SEEN IN EXCESS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL OVER
  THE PAST 24 HOURS...THERE WILL BE AN ENHANCED FLASH FLOOD
  THREAT ACROSS EASTERN KENTUCKY THROUGH LATE TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
