THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSON KY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN CLAY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY...

* UNTIL 830 PM EDT

* AT 418 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL
  ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE AREA IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. ADDITIONAL
  THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS MOVING INTO THE AREA AND WILL PRODUCE
  HEAVY.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
