* AT 808 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. DOPPLER
  RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR. THESE
  THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING ACROSS LOCATIONS THAT HAVE RECEIVED
  SEVERAL ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAIN EARLIER THIS WEEK.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
  OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND NEAR LOW WATER
  CROSSINGS. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING
  INCLUDE...BEATTYVILLE...BOONEVILLE...CAMPTON...IRVINE...JACKSON...
  AIREDALE...ALTRO...ALUMBAUGH...ATHOL...BANFORD...BAPTIST...
  BARWICK...BAYS...BEECH...BELKNAP...BELLE POINT...BETHANY...BOOTH...
  BUCKHORN...BURKHART...BUSH BRANCH...CALABOOSE...CAMP LEWIS...
  CANOE...CANYON FALLS...CARYTON...CHAVIES...CHENOWEE...CHESTNUT GAP
  AND CLAYHOLE.
