...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 445 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 445 AM EDT early this morning for
portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the
following areas, in south central Kentucky, Laurel, McCreary and
Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Harlan, Knox and Leslie.

Flood waters have receded or have begun to recede, ending the flood
threat. Although additional rain will fall early this morning, it is
not expected to pose a threat of renewed flooding. Since flooding is
no longer expected to pose a threat, the Flood Advisory will be
allowed to expire. Please continue to heed any remaining road
closures.
