* AT 738 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY
  RAIN MOVING SLOWLY EAST THROUGH THE AREA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF
  AROUND ONE AND A HALF INCHES ARE OCCURRING IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES IN
  SOME LOCATIONS.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  VEST...NOBLE...BUCK...SOFT SHELL...ELMROCK...
  YELLOW MOUNTAIN...AND DECOY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IN HILLY TERRAIN THERE ARE MANY LOW WATER CROSSINGS WHICH ARE
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IN HEAVY RAIN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED
ROADS. FIND AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.
