AT 1007 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN
OVERTHE AREA DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN
THE ADVISORY AREA.
