* AT 1052 AM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED MINOR
  FLOODING OCCURRING ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE ADVISORY AREA. RADAR
  ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
  OVER PORTIONS OF THE AREA. ADDITIONAL LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN IS
  EXPECTED OVER THE AREA THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON.
