The Flood Warning continues for
 The Cumberland River at Williamsburg.
* at 10:00 AM Monday the stage was 27.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 27.6 feet by this
  afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage early Thursday
  morning.
* At 25 ft, low lying areas along George Hayes Road flood.
