Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky

.DISCUSSION...Relative humidities will recover to 75 percent
or greater later this evening and tonight as a cold front
moves through eastern Kentucky. This will bring a mix of wintry
precipitation later tonight through much of Tuesday afternoon
as winds veer west to northwesterly near 10-15 mph. Backing
southwesterly winds of 5-10 mph will lead to drier conditions
again Wednesday afternoon with minimum RH values of 30-35 percent.
