.DISCUSSION...A WEAK RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL KEEP THE WEATHER
OF EASTERN KENTUCKY DRY TODAY INTO EARLY TONIGHT. LOW LEVEL CLOUD
COVER WILL CONTINUE TO BLANKET THE AREA EARLY...BUT WILL THIN OUT
AS THE DAY WEARS ON...GIVING WAY TO PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES BY THIS
AFTERNOON. CLOUDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE AGAIN THIS EVENING...AS
AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE CURRENTLY SITUATED OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS
BEGINS MOVING ACROSS THE TENNESSEE VALLEY. RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS
WILL MOVE ACROSS PORTIONS OF EASTERN KENTUCKY FROM LATE TONIGHT
THROUGH LATE SATURDAY MORNING. MINIMUM HUMIDITY VALUES WILL DROP
TO BETWEEN 44 AND 54 PERCENT TODAY...AND TO BETWEEN 65 AND 75
PERCENT ON SATURDAY. THE INCOMING MOISTURE ASSOCIATED WITH THE
APPROACHING WEATHER SYSTEM WILL KEEP WILD FIRE DANGER AT A BARE
MINIMUM THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
