.DISCUSSION...Relative humidity values have largely mixed down
into the low-mid 20s this afternoon, with southwest winds gusting
to 20-30 mph at times. RH values will recover to 75 percent or greater
late tonight as an approaching cold front brings a west and eventually
northwesterly wind shift by Thursday morning. Speeds through the night
will remain in the 10-15 mph range with periodic gusts, before diminishing
below 10 mph Thursday morning in wake of the front.
