.DISCUSSION...A LARGE RIDGE OF ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING
WELL BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES TO EASTERN KENTUCKY THROUGH THE
END OF THE WEEK. OVERNIGHT LOWS ACROSS THE AREA ARE EXPECTED TO
BOTTOM OUT AROUND 10 DEGREES IN OUR NORTHERN VALLEYS...AND IN THE
TEENS EVERYWHERE ELSE. MINIMUM HUMIDITY VALUES ON WEDNESDAY WILL
LIKELY DROP TO BETWEEN 30 AND 40 PERCENT FOR MOST LOCATIONS. A FEW
SNOW SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE TOMORROW AND TOMORROW NIGHT...AS A
CLIPPER SYSTEM MOVES ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY.
