National Weather Service Jackson KY
419 AM EST Fri Feb 24 2017

.DISCUSSION...South winds are expected to increase through
the day today as inversion mixes out this afternoon. The
flow will lead to some downsloping and therefore relatively
drier air, with lowest RH values dropping into the 30 to 40
percent range. Tonight a cold front will approach and move
across the region bringing a wetting rain and cooler
temperatures.
