.DISCUSSION...A STALLED SURFACE BOUNDARY WILL SLOWLY LIFT TO THE
NORTH AND EAST THROUGH TODAY AND TONIGHT AS A LOW PRESSURE CENTER
APPROACHES THE AREA. WITH THESE FEATURES...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE PRESENT ACROSS EASTERN KENTUCKY. HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE
WITH SOME OF THE THUNDERSTORMS. A SERIES OF WEAK DISTURBANCES MOVING
THROUGH THE REGION WILL ALLOW FOR THE CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS FOR THE REST OF THE WORK WEEK MAINLY DURING THE
AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
