Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
423 AM EST Sun Jan 14 2018

.DISCUSSION...High pressure will bring mostly sunny skies
and maintain cold conditions across eastern Kentucky today.
Light northeast winds of around 5 mph today will veer
southwesterly at 5-15 mph Monday as a low pressure system
and accompanying arctic cold front approach. This will bring
a good chance of an inch or more of accumulating snowfall
Monday evening through Tuesday, with well below freezing
temperatures through midweek.
