.DISCUSSION...COLD FRONT HAS PAST AND IN THAT WAKE HAS LEFT COOLER
AND DRIER AIR IN PLACE ACROSS EASTERN KENTUCKY. THIS COUPLED WITH
SURFACE HIGH TO THE NORTH WILL LEAD TO RELATIVE HUMIDITIES IN THE
30S AND 40S THIS AFTERNOON AND WINDS GENERALLY OUT OF THE NORTH.
CHANCES OF SHOWERS RETURN TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY AS WEAK DISTURBANCE
MOVES EAST INTO THE REGION. OTHERWISE NEAR TO BELOW NORMAL TEMPS
REMAIN ACROSS THE REGION UNTIL WE MOVE INTO THE WEEKEND...WITH
ADDITIONAL RAIN CHANCES LATE IN THE WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK.
