.DISCUSSION...High pressure will continue to build into the
region tonight and Tuesday bringing cool weather compared to
recent days with high temperatures averaging below normal. The
high will remain in place through the week, though, temperatures
will rise to above normal levels by the second half of the week.
As these temperatures moderate during the week, the potential for
humidity to drop below 30 percent during the afternoon will
increase. Rain is not expected through Sunday.
