Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
410 AM EST Sun Feb 19 2017

.DISCUSSION...High pressure moving into eastern Kentucky today
will bring warming temperatures, with highs well into the 60s
today and upper 60s to low 70s through the upcoming week. Drier
downslope winds will help produce minimum relative humidity values
in the 30 percent range Monday afternoon, but wind speeds should remain
light near 5 mph. Light rainfall of perhaps a tenth of an inch or
so will fall later Tuesday into Tuesday night, with additional
chances through late week. The best shot will come later Friday
along with potentially gusty south/southwest winds.
