National Weather Service Jackson KY
908 PM EST Wed Dec 13 2017

.DISCUSSION...Relative humidity values have recovered to above 25 percent
this evening, as southwest winds remain gusty at up to 20-30 mph at times.
RH values will recover to 75 percent or greater late tonight as an approaching
cold front brings a west and eventually northwesterly wind shift by Thursday
morning. Speeds through the night will remain in the 10-15 mph range with
periodic gusts, before diminishing below 10 mph Thursday morning in wake of
the front.
