MORNING BRING RAIN AND RAIN CHANGING TO SNOW ACROSS PORTIONS
OF EASTERN KENTUCKY THIS MORNING. OTHERWISE LEFT OVER PRECIP
WILL TRANSITION TO ALL SNOW SHOWERS THROUGH THE DAY TODAY.
WINDS WILL GUST 15 TO 20 MPH AT TIMES ACROSS SOME PORTIONS OF
THE REGION TODAY AS REASONABLE GRADIENT SETS UP BEHIND THIS
SYSTEM GIVING WAY TO WEST TO NORTHWEST FLOW ACROSS THE REGION.
