EASTERN KENTUCKY TODAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. THE SNOW WILL CREATE
HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS AS IT COVERS ROADS AND IS BLOWN AROUND
BY THE WIND. THE SNOW WILL KEEP EVERYTHING ON THE GROUND QUITE
COLD AND MOIST THE NEXT FEW DAYS...SO THERE WILL BE NO DANGER OF
WILD FIRES UNTIL THE WINTRY WEATHER COMES TO AND END AND FIRE
FUELS DRY OUT CONSIDERABLY.
