.DISCUSSION...A WARM FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL LIFT NORTHWARD TODAY AND
BECOME THE FOCUS OF ACTIVE WEATHER BY THIS EVENING. SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE REGION AND MAY
AFFECT PORTIONS OF EASTERN KENTUCKY BY THIS EVENING. GENERALLY DRY
WEATHER RETURNS FOR THE WEEKEND AND TEMPERATURES WILL RESPOND IN
KIND...CLIMBING WELL ABOVE NORMAL LEVELS. HIGHS WILL AVERAGE IN
THE MID 80S THROUGH THE WEEKEND...WITH MANY LOCATIONS COMING CLOSE
OR EVEN REACHING THE 90 DEGREE MARK ON SATURDAY. THE THREAT OF
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL RETURN TO THE AREA TO START THE NEW
WORKWEEK.
