Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
540 AM EDT Fri Apr 21 2017

.DISCUSSION...A cold frontal boundary will drop into the area today
and then stall out somewhere along the Kentucky and Tennessee state
line. This will provide a focus for the development of showers and
thunderstorms through the upcoming weekend. Current forecasts
suggest as much as one to three inches of rainfall will be
possible through Sunday night. After a relatively cool and wet
start, drier weather will return by the start of the new week,
allowing temperatures to soar well into the 80s by mid week.
