FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR EASTERN KENTUCKY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE JACKSON KY
452 PM EDT WED OCT 29 2014

.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD ACROSS THE REGION AND BRING DRY
WEATHER THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING. HOWEVER...A STRONG DISTURBANCE AND
SURFACE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL TRACK ACROSS THE REGION ON FRIDAY
AFTERNOON INTO FRIDAY NIGHT...BRINGING A GOOD CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION.
IN FACT...THE PRECIPITATION WILL LIKELY MIX WITH AND POSSIBLY CHANGE TO
SNOW ON FRIDAY NIGHT OR EARLY ON SATURDAY...BEFORE ENDING. HIGH PRESSURE
WILL BUILD IN BEHIND THIS SYSTEM AND BRING COLD WEATHER INTO THE START
OF THE NEW WEEK.
