Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
435 AM EDT Fri Mar 24 2017

.DISCUSSION...An area of high pressure is now centered of
the North Carolina coast and this will continue to bring
south to southeast winds to the region. Overall not
expecting relative humidity values to drop as low as
yesterday given return flow. However, low to mid 30s will
be possible especially in the far east. Decent mixing and
increasing low level jet will will also lead to 20 foot
winds of 15 mph at times this afternoon. Good chances of
rain return for the weekend into early next week.
