.DISCUSSION...A PASSING COLD FRONT WILL BRING SCATTERED SHOWERS TO
EAST KENTUCKY THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS...WITH A STRAY THUNDERSTORM
POSSIBLE. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL AVERAGE BETWEEN A TENTH AND A QUARTER
OF AN INCH SO MANY PLACES ARE LIKELY TO AVOID A GOOD SOAKING FROM
THIS SYSTEM. THIS WILL SERVE TO CONTINUE OUR RELATIVELY DRY
CONDITIONS ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA INTO THE MIDDLE AND LATTER
PARTS OF THE WEEK. COOLER WEATHER DOES FOLLOW THE FRONT...WITH LOWS
IN THE MIDDLE AND UPPER 30S TONIGHT FOLLOWED BY HIGHS ONLY IN THE
