THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN KENTUCKY.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

MANY STREAMS WILL CONTINUE TO RUN HIGH DUE TO RECENT HEAVY
RAINFALL...SNOW MELT...AND ICE JAMS.

LOWS HAVE DIPPED INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS IN MANY SPOTS
THIS MORNING. LINGERING WET ROADS FROM YESTERDAY AFTERNOON HAVE
BEEN ABLE TO REFREEZE OVERNIGHT...THIS WILL LEAD TO ICY SPOTS IN
SOME AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

SOME STREAMS WILL CONTINUE TO RUN HIGH THROUGH TUESDAY DUE TO
RECENT HEAVY RAINFALL...SNOW MELT...AND ICE JAMS.

SNOW IS POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT AND AGAIN
SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING.

THE EXTENDED FORECAST INDICATES THE POTENTIAL FOR A WARM UP AND
PROLONGED RAINFALL EVENT LATE IN THE WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK.
SHOULD THIS COME TO PASS...THE RAIN ON TOP OF MELTING SNOW WOULD
INCREASE THE RISK FOR FLOODING.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
