THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE TUESDAY NIGHT...SOME OF WHICH MAY
PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS. EVEN OUTSIDE OF THUNDERSTORMS...WINDS
COULD GUST AS HIGH AS 40 TO 45 MPH BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON INTO

INTO TUESDAY NIGHT. AT ELEVATIONS ABOVE 2500 FEET NEAR THE
VIRGINIA BORDER...GUSTS AS HIGH AS 50 TO 55 MPH ARE POSSIBLE.

LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS ALSO POSSIBLE ON TUESDAY NIGHT INTO
EARLY ON WEDNESDAY MORNING WHICH COULD CAUSE A FEW STREAMS TO
