THE COLDEST ON RECORD IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER. FOR TONIGHT...
TEMPERATURES MAY DIP INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS IN THE COLDEST VALLEY
LOCATIONS BY DAWN WEDNESDAY.

TEMPERATURES...AS WELL AS...WIND CHILLS MAY DIP INTO THE SINGLE
