THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN KENTUCKY.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

SNOW SHOWERS WILL MOVE BACK INTO THE AREA LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT. ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION WILL BE
LESS THAN A HALF AN INCH WITH MOST PLACES SEEING JUST A DUSTING.

MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION TODAY AND TONIGHT AS SNOW
COVERED UNTREATED ROADS WILL BE POSSIBLE FROM THE SNOW OF LAST
NIGHT. IN ADDITIONAL...ANY WET SPOTS ON AREA ROADS WILL LIKELY
REFREEZE BY EVENING CREATING POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS DRIVING
CONDITIONS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

SNOW WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE LATE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY
MORNING.

A MIXTURE OF WINTER WEATHER WILL BE POSSIBLE MONDAY NIGHT INTO
TUESDAY MORNING.

THE EXTENDED FORECAST INDICATES THE POTENTIAL FOR A WARM UP AND
A PROLONGED RAINFALL EVENT LATE IN THE WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT
WEEK. SHOULD THIS COME TO PASS...THE RAIN...IN ADDITION TO MELTING
SNOW PACK...WOULD INCREASE THE RISK FOR FLOODING.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CALL IN ANY SNOW REPORTS THROUGH
TONIGHT.
