THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN KENTUCKY.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF SNOW THIS MORNING...MAINLY ALONG THE TENNESSEE
BORDER. SOME SLEET COULD MIX WITH THE SNOW EARLY. WELL BELOW FREEZING
TEMPERATURES...IN ADDITION TO THIS WINTRY MIX...WILL LEAD TO
POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS THIS MORNING. PLEASE TAKE
EXTREME CAUTION DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO
ARRIVE AT YOUR DESTINATION. SNOW FLURRIES MAY ALSO BE POSSIBLE ACROSS
MUCH OF SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY THROUGH THE MORNING.

SNOW FLURRIES MAY BE POSSIBLE AGAIN THIS EVENING ACROSS THE BLUEGRASS
AND AREAS ALONG AND NORTH OF THE MOUNTAIN PARKWAY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BRING THE CHANCE FOR A RAIN AND SNOW MIX
BEGINNING LATE FRIDAY NIGHT AND CONTINUING INTO SATURDAY
MORNING...BEFORE CHANGING TO ALL RAIN. THE RAIN MAY MIX WITH A LITTLE
SNOW AGAIN BEFORE ENDING SATURDAY NIGHT. LITTLE IF ANY SNOWFALL
ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED.

ANOTHER SYSTEM WILL IMPACT EASTERN KENTUCKY SUNDAY NIGHT AND
MONDAY...BRINGING A CHANCE OF SNOW TO THE AREA.

A MORE POTENT WEATHER SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE AREA TUESDAY
THROUGH WEDNESDAY. THIS SYSTEM COULD PRODUCE STRONG GUSTY WINDS
ACROSS EASTERN KENTUCKY ON WEDNESDAY.
