THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN KENTUCKY.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

SNOW IS INCREASINGLY POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY
NIGHT...ESPECIALLY FOR SOUTHEAST PARTS OF THE AREA WHERE BETWEEN
ONE AND THREE INCHES OF ACCUMULATION WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR MUCH OF
THE AREA AND EVEN HIGHER AMOUNTS ON THE RIDGES NEAR THE VIRGINIA
BORDER.

SNOW WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING AND
AGAIN SUNDAY NIGHT.

THE EXTENDED FORECAST INDICATES THE POTENTIAL FOR A WARM UP AND
A PROLONGED RAINFALL EVENT LATE IN THE WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT
WEEK. SHOULD THIS COME TO PASS...THE RAIN...IN ADDITION TO THE
MELTING OF THE SNOW PACK...WOULD INCREASE THE RISK FOR FLOODING.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED.
