THE THREAT OF MINOR FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. WIND GUSTS OF 25
TO 35 MPH WILL ALSO BE PRESENT ACROSS EASTERN KENTUCKY THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON.
