            THAT FLOODING IS RARE AT THESE LOCATIONS.

            WAS A FOOT OF WATER FLOWING ACROSS ROUTE 3227 FROM JOES
            CREEK INTO JOHNS CREEK. THE WATER FIRST BEGAN FLOWING
            ACROSS THE ROAD BETWEEN 815 AND 830 PM.
