            IN SOUTHERN PULASKI COUNTY. THE LIST OF ROADS INCLUDES
            SLATE BRANCH ROAD...OAK HILL ROAD...AND HWY 192. THERE
            WERE ALSO REPORTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS OF AUTOMOBILES STRANDED
            IN FLOOD WATERS ON HIGHWAY 27 IN SOMERSET.
