* TEMPERATURES WILL FALL WELL BELOW FREEZING AGAIN LATE TONIGHT INTO
  EARLY THURSDAY MORNING IN VALLEYS LOCATIONS. ASIDE FROM THE TALLEST
  RIDGES...MOST LOCATIONS CAN EXPECT WIDESPREAD FROST LATE TONIGHT
  INTO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

* LOW TEMPERATURES ON THURSDAY MORNING WILL RANGE FROM 23 TO 28 IN
  MOST VALLEYS...BUT AS MILD AS MID 30S ON THE TALLEST RIDGES.

* THE COLD TEMPERATURES WILL PUT VEGETATION AT A SIGNIFICANT RISK OF
  FREEZING. WITH A SUSTAINED FREEZE OF THIS MAGNITUDE... EVEN
  NORMALLY HARDY PLANTS WILL BE AT RISK OF BEING DAMAGED OR KILLED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZE WARNING MEANS SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE IMMINENT OR
