WEDNESDAY MORNING...

A LAKE WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EDT THIS
EVENING. A FREEZE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING
THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* GUSTY WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING. TEMPERATURES
WILL FALL WELL BELOW FREEZING FOR MOST LOCATIONS ON TUESDAY NIGHT
  INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* SUSTAINED WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH ARE
EXPECTED TODAY AND THIS EVENING. LOW TEMPERATURES WEDNESDAY
MORNING SHOULD RANGE FROM THE UPPER TEENS IN THE COLDEST

OF FREEZING. WITH THE TEMPERATURES WHICH ARE FORECAST...EVEN
NORMALLY HARDY PLANTS MAY BE AT RISK OF DAMAGE.

A FREEZE WATCH MEANS SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE POSSIBLE.
THESE CONDITIONS COULD KILL CROPS AND OTHER SENSITIVE VEGETATION.
