...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EDT THIS
MORNING...

* Temperatures will bottom out in the upper 20s to near 30 degrees
in the Bluegrass region within an hour after sunrise and then
begin to rise, climbing above the freezing mark by 10 AM EDT.

* These temperatures will likely do considerable damage to fruit
trees, especially those that have budded out such as apple,
pear, and peach. Other plants that are ahead of schedule for
the spring could also be impacted. Take necessary precautions
to protect any sensitive plants from prolonged sub-freezing
temperatures. Additionally, take precautions to protect
livestock and pets from these low temperatures. Exposed pipes
  should also be insulated.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.
