.THE COMBINATION OF PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES...LIGHT WINDS...AND
MOISTURE LEFT BEHIND BY THE SHOWERS OVER THE LAST 24 HOURS HAS
RESULTED IN DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN A QUARTER OF A MILE FOR MUCH OF EASTERN
KENTUCKY...ESPECIALLY IN VALLEYS AND NEAR BODIES OF WATER.

  THE FOG WILL BEGIN TO LIFT BETWEEN 9 AND 10 AM EDT.

* VISIBILITY...DOWN TO LESS THAN A QUARTER OF A MILE AT
  TIMES...ESPECIALLY IN VALLEYS AND NEAR BODIES OF WATER.

* IMPACTS...INCREASED TRAVEL TIMES THROUGH THIS MORNING WILL RESULT
  FROM THE DENSE FOG.
