* WINDS WILL REMAIN GUSTY THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY EVENING.

* SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS FROM 15 TO 30 MPH WITH FREQUENT GUSTS
  BETWEEN 35 AND 45 MPH EXPECTED. ISOLATED GUSTS OVER 50 MPH WILL BE
  POSSIBLE DURING THE AFTERNOON.

* THESE WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT PARTICULARLY FOR HIGH
  PROFILE VEHICLES. ALSO SOME SHALLOW ROOTED TREES COULD BE BLOWN
