* TEMPERATURES WILL FALL WELL BELOW FREEZING LATE THIS EVENING
  INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* LOW TEMPERATURES BY WEDNESDAY MORNING SHOULD RANGE FROM THE
  UPPER TEENS IN THE COLDEST VALLEYS TO THE LOWER AND MID 20S ON
  RIDGES AND OVER OPEN TERRAIN.

* THE COLD TEMPERATURES WILL PUT VEGETATION AT RISK OF FREEZING. WITH
  THE TEMPERATURES WHICH ARE FORECAST...EVEN NORMALLY HARDY PLANTS
  MAY BE AT RISK OF BEING DAMAGED OR KILLED.
