THE END OF NOVEMBER MARKED THE END TO METEOROLOGICAL AUTUMN. THE
JACKSON WEATHER OFFICE HAD A MEAN FALL TEMPERATURE OF 55.7
DEGREES...WHICH IS 2.5 DEGREES BELOW THE NORMAL OF 58.2 DEGREES.
FALL OF 2014 WAS THE 4TH COOLEST AUTUMN ON RECORD AT JACKSON. THE
MEAN TEMPERATURE AT LONDON WAS 56.5 DEGREES...WHICH IS 1.2 DEGREES
BELOW THE NORMAL OF 57.7 DEGREES. BOTH JACKSON AND LONDON RECORDED
AUTUMN PRECIPITATION ABOVE NORMAL...DESPITE ONLY OCTOBER SEEING
WETTER THAN NORMAL PRECIPITATION. THE JACKSON WEATHER OFFICE
FINISHED WITH A SEASONAL TOTAL OF 13.09 INCHES...WHICH IS 2.48
INCHES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 10.61 INCHES. THE LONDON CORBIN AIRPORT
TOTALED 12.65 INCHES OVER FALL...WHICH IS 2.43 INCHES ABOVE THE
NORMAL OF 10.22 INCHES. AUTUMN 2014 WAS THE 11TH WETTEST FALL AT
JACKSON...WHILE IT WAS THE 13TH WETTEST AT LONDON.

COOL TO CHILLY CONDITIONS WERE PRESENT FOR MUCH OF NOVEMBER AT BOTH
JACKSON AND LONDON. THE JACKSON WEATHER OFFICE WAS OVER SIX AND A
HALF DEGREES BELOW NORMAL...WHILE THE LONDON CORBIN AIRPORT WAS OVER
SIX DEGREES COOLER. NOVEMBER 2014 WAS THE SECOND COOLEST AT
JACKSON...AND IT WAS THE 4TH COOLEST AT LONDON. ON THE PRECIPITATION
SIDE OF THE FENCE...BELOW NORMAL CONDITIONS EXISTED AT JACKSON AND
LONDON. BOTH LOCATIONS ENDED THE MONTH NEARLY ONE INCH DRIER THAN
NORMAL. OF FURTHER INTEREST...IT WAS THE 11TH DRIEST OCTOBER AT
JACKSON. ALSO OF NOTE...THE FIRST MEASURABLE SNOW OCCURRED AT
JACKSON ON NOVEMBER 1ST. NO SNOWFALL INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE FOR
