...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 9 PM EST
THIS EVENING FOR HIGH WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...

* SUSTAINED WINDS AROUND 15 MPH ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON
  THROUGH THIS EVENING. WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH ARE ALSO
  POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY ON RIDGES.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL FALL TO BETWEEN 20 AND 25 PERCENT THIS
  AFTERNOON FOR MOST PLACES. RAIN WILL MOVE IN AFTER 9 PM
  TONIGHT WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITIES ON THE INCREASE.

* ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY. A BURN BAN
  IS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FOR THE COUNTIES INCLUDED
  IN THE WARNING.

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW....OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF
STRONG WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AND WARM TEMPERATURES CAN
CONTRIBUTE TO EXTREME FIRE BEHAVIOR.
