AT 554 PM EDT...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM NEAR TILTON TO MARSHALL TO BEAN...AND MOVING EAST AT
25 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH AND PEA SIZED HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE
STORMS.

MOREHEAD...OWINGSVILLE...SANDY HOOK...FRENCHBURG...MARSHALL...
HENRY...JEFFERSONVILLE...CAMARGO...WELLINGTON...SALT LICK...GRANGE
CITY...PECKS RIDGE...LOWER SPENCER...PRESTON...ODESSA...BLAZE...
HOPE...VALE...DENNISTON AND YALE.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 BERT T. COMBS MOUNTAIN PARKWAY NEAR MILE MARKER 14.
 INTERSTATE 64 IN EASTERN KENTUCKY BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 121 AND 149.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS...WHICH WILL
CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. LOCALIZED FLOODING IS ALSO
POSSIBLE. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS.
LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE MILES AWAY FROM A THUNDERSTORM. SEEK A SAFE
SHELTER INSIDE A BUILDING OR VEHICLE.
