...High Heat and Humidity Lasting Into The Weekend...

High temperatures will be in the lower 90s in most locations on
Today and Saturday. When the humidity is taken in consideration,
heat indices will peak around 100 degrees each afternoon. In
additional, most locations will not see temperatures fall below 70
tonight.

Anyone involved in strenuous activities should be especially
careful. Frequent breaks and plenty of drinking water are
recommended. Small children, the elderly, and people with health
problems can be especially vulnerable to overheating.
