MPH.

AROUND 545 PM EDT...HAZEL GREEN AROUND 550 PM EDT...REXVILLE AROUND
555 PM EDT...LOWER GILMORE AROUND 600 PM EDT...SELLARS AROUND 605 PM

RESIDENTS SHOULD EXPECT VERY HEAVY RAIN...WITH RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN
ONE AND TWO INCHES PER HOUR...GUSTY WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH...FREQUENT
LIGHTNING AND HAIL UP TO NICKEL SIZE IN THESE AREAS.
