DUE TO CLEAR SKIES AND A MOIST GROUND DENSE FOG IS AFFECTING PARTS
OF EAST KENTUCKY THIS MORNING. THE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY DOWN
TO A FEW HUNDRED FEET IN SPOTS. LOOK FOR THE FOG TO BREAK UP
BETWEEN 9 AND 10 AM.
