...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHWESTERN HARLAN AND
SOUTHEASTERN LESLIE COUNTIES...

At 223 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Mozelle, or 11
miles north of Harlan, moving east at 25 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Evarts, Big Fork, Warbranch, Bledsoe, Arthur, Big Laurel, Mozelle,
Pine Mountain, Bailey Creek, Asher, Big Rock, Causey, Chappell,
Darkmont, Putney, Spruce Pine and Napier.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause some
brief localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
