...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTH CENTRAL BATH...
FLEMING AND NORTH CENTRAL ROWAN COUNTIES...

At 722 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 9 miles southwest of Washington to
Fairview to near Carlisle. Movement was east at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and torrential downpours are possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Flemingsburg, Fairview, Cranston, Pecks Ridge, Triplett, Pebble,
Muses Mills, Wallingford, Bethel, Foxport, Oakley, Mount Carmel,
Nepton, Haldeman, Tilton, Ringos Mills, Hillsboro, Craintown,
Sherburne and Plummers Landing.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
