...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN ONE
QUARTER MILE ACROSS PORTIONS OF EASTERN KENTUCKY...

THE COMBINATION OF PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES...LIGHT WINDS...AND MOISTURE
LEFT BEHIND BY THE SHOWERS OVER THE LAST 24 HOURS WILL RESULT IN
DENSE FOG FORMING THIS EVENING. THIS DENSE FOG WILL RESULT IN AREAS
OF VISIBILITIES OF ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS. THIS WILL CREATE
HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS ACROSS MUCH OF EASTERN
KENTUCKY...ESPECIALLY IN VALLEYS AND AREAS NEAR STREAM AND RIVERS.
THE FOG SHOULD BE LIFTING BETWEEN 9 AND 10 AM TUESDAY MORNING.
