WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

INGRAM...CLEAR CREEK SPRINGS...MELDRUM...CHENOA...WILKERSON...
NOETOWN...PEARL AND CUMBERLAND GAP.

THIS INCLUDES U.S. HIGHWAY 25 EAST IN BELL COUNTY BETWEEN MILE
MARKERS 1 AND 7.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM...WHICH WILL
CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. LOCALIZED FLOODING IS ALSO
POSSIBLE. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM.
