12 MILES NORTHWEST OF HARLAN...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

550 AM EDT...LEWIS CREEK AROUND 555 AM EDT...INCLINE AROUND 600 AM
EDT...JONESBURG AROUND 605 AM EDT...PINE MOUNTAIN AROUND 610 AM

RESIDENTS SHOULD EXPECT VERY HEAVY RAIN...WITH RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN
ONE AND TWO INCHES PER HOUR...GUSTY WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH...FREQUENT
LIGHTNING AND SMALL HAIL IN THESE AREAS.
