RESIDENTS SHOULD EXPECT VERY HEAVY RAIN...WITH RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN
ONE AND TWO INCHES PER HOUR...GUSTY WINDS UP TO 40 MPH...FREQUENT
LIGHTNING AND SMALL HAIL IN THESE AREAS.
