...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHERN WAYNE AND SOUTHERN
PULASKI COUNTIES...

At 819 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Naomi, or 10
miles northeast of Monticello, moving east at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Somerset, Burnside, Sloans Valley, Nancy, Pointer, Bronston, Valley
Oak, Pulaski County Park, Somerset Pulaski Airport, Kidder, General
Burnside S.p., Naomi, Alpine, Grade, Ruth, Elihu, Shopville, Quinton,
Dykes and Betsey.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
