LINE EXTENDING FROM 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF SOMERSET TO 10 MILES NORTH
OF WHITLEY CITY TO 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF WHITLEY CITY...MOVING EAST AT
10 MPH.

LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO...WIBORG AROUND
