...ACCUMULATING SNOW POSSIBLE TONIGHT MAINLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE
HAL ROGERS PARKWAY...

A QUICK HITTING AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL TRACK THROUGH THE
TENNESSEE VALLEY TONIGHT...AND BRING A MIXTURE OF RAIN AND SNOW. THE
PRECIPITATION COULD COME DOWN HEAVY FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS AS THE
SYSTEM PASSES. FROM THIS...SLUSHY ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO AN INCH OF
SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE...MAINLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE HAL ROGERS
PARKWAY. THESE ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE CONFINED TO THE
RIDGES AND GRASSY...OR ELEVATED... SURFACES. HOWEVER...WHERE THE
PRECIPITATION IS HEAVY ENOUGH THERE COULD BE SLICK SPOTS ON AREA
ROADS. TAKE CAUTION IF TRAVELING LATE TONIGHT AND INTO THURSDAY
MORNING.
