...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 PM EDT
FOR NORTHERN PULASKI AND SOUTHWESTERN ROCKCASTLE COUNTIES...

At 342 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Hogue, or 8
miles northwest of Somerset, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Emergency management. At 333 PM EDT quarter size hail was
         reported at Faubush.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Somerset, Science Hill, Stab, Bobtown, Gum Sulphur, Bandy, Pongo,
Woodstock, Spiro, Wabp, Hansford, Dabney, Valley Oak, Willailla,
Somerset Pulaski Airport, Hogue, Bee Lick, Quail, Maretburg and
Ottowa.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Kentucky.
