.A SYSTEM WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY
AND MOVE NORTHEAST INTO THE CENTRAL APPALACHIANS THIS EVENING.
SNOW WILL DEVELOP AND OVERSPREAD EASTERN KENTUCKY THIS EVENING AND
THROUGH TONIGHT WITH SOUTHERN AND SOUTHEASTERN AREAS BEING MOST
IMPACTED BY THE SNOWFALL.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 2 INCHES...WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS ABOVE
  2000 FEET ALONG THE VIRGINIA BORDER.

* IMPACTS...ROAD CONDITIONS WILL LIKELY BECOME HAZARDOUS TONIGHT
  THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. WHEN TRAVELING...SLOW DOWN AND DRIVE
  WITH CAUTION. GIVE YOURSELF EXTRA ROOM BETWEEN YOU AND THE
  VEHICLE AHEAD IF YOU AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR
  DESTINATION.
